Welcome to Key West!

As President of the Key West Attractions Association, I would like to share our organization’s success story for the past 25 years in promoting Key West as a destination.

By its mission, the K.W.A.A. has fostered and cultivated the social, educational and business relations of our members.  We strive to broaden our members interest in the pursuit of their occupations, and to improve their standards of efficiency.  As a group we work together to promote cooperation in all matters of interest to their business.  We also maintain higher standards in business dealings and as a result have the ability to effectively correct trade issues in our industry.

In a commitment to excellence in family entertainment, the members of the Key West Attractions must meet and maintain quality standards of cleanliness, safety, truth in advertising, hospitality and proper complaint resolution.

We are truly one the world’s most popular vacation destinations.  Key West Vacations offer a unique combination of fun and sun, land and sea, as well as excitement day and night.

Come and take a stroll through historic Old Town and see hundreds of examples of 19th century architecture.  Sail just seven miles offshore and experience North America’s only living coral reef.  Tour the homes of Hemingway and Harry Truman.  Enjoy deep-sea and flats sports fishing, boating, diving, snorkeling and jet skiing.  Join the sunset party on a pier or the water.  Visit some of the most unique museums in the U.S.  And, experience our heritage in art galleries, shops, hotels and restaurants designed to suit every style and taste.

According to legend, once Key West sand gets in your shoes, you’ll return again and again.  We think the variety of attractions and the laid-back feeling also have something to do with it.  Come to Key West, an island paradise where one visit will lead to many more.

Sincerely,

George Fernandez
