There’s plenty to do on land, too … sightseeing tours include Old Town Trolley and Conch Tour Train that circle the island, famous mansions where Key West’s literary and arts heritage was crafted, an old lighthouse, an aquarium, and maritime museums to shed light on our dark history of pirates, shipwrecks and wreckers, and sunken treasure that has now been reclaimed. Museums in Key West FL also offer the chance to tour historic Civil War forts and lush Nature Facilities full of butterflies, parrots and exotic, colorful flowers.
